Our commitment to sustainability is an integral part of everything we do. We work hard to minimize our climate footprint on the earth by finding new sustainable solutions for our products, packaging and delivery from Morocco and home to our customers.
We are proud that more than 80% of our products are eco-certified and free from chemicals. In addition, 100% of our plastic products are recyclable or renewable. We are committed to continuing to reduce our glass production by increasing our range of refills with the goal of halving glass production by 2030. We are actively working to promote gender equality by partnering with women's cooperatives in Morocco to grow and harvest our raw materials.
We ensure that our suppliers and cooperative employees have good working conditions and working relationships through continuous meetings and visits. By communicating our sustainability work via our website and social media, we also hope to inspire others, private individuals and companies, to act in the same way. One of our latest ventures where every delivery from our supplier must result in the planting of new argan trees is something that is close to our hearts and a high priority.
We are very proud of our collaboration with the women's cooperative in Morocco that grows and harvests our raw materials. By only cooperating with these cooperatives, we can guarantee that the women who work in the production of argan oil have market wages and follow all employee laws. Including the right to leave, maximum number of hours to work per day.
We believe it is important and directly decisive to promote equality and support women in working life. This is one of the reasons why we chose to work with women's cooperatives. We are proud to be able to ensure good working conditions for everyone involved in the production of our products.
